Created for the STATT museum in Amsterdam, one of the largest street art and graffiti museums in the world, this canvas is one of the largest free-standing artworks created by the artist. It pulls from the post-apocalyptic multiple visions series where two images collide in “tears” of fabric where images speak to environmental degradation and survival. While one is more current in referencing mass extinction, the other hints to our own survival as a species, where the environment becomes hostile. This series was started 2 years prior to the COVID pandemic which seemed to embody the visions displayed in this artwork.
